Refund policy
No returns are accepted without prior approval. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us with your concerns, providing photos and documention. This must be done within 14 days of the arrival of your item. NO Navajo or Southwest jewelry will be exchanged or refunded.
If exchange is approved, the originial item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No store credit will be issued until returned item has been recieved and inspected.

If you are approved to return your item, you must send proof of shipping and a tracking number for the items. You are responsible for all freight charges.
Items sent back to us without approval to return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 7 days of recieving the item. If no contact was made 7 days or earlier, no refunds or replacements will be made.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or Navajo Jewlery or Southwest Jewelry.
